Terms and Conditions

The Service is designed for professional users in the construction and planning industries.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

Users may upload documents, blueprints, reports, and other data ("User Content").

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Struct does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of User Content.

You remain solely responsible for all User Content you provide and for the consequences of uploading it.

Access to the Service may be subject to fees. While the Service may currently be offered free of charge, Struct reserves the right to introduce or modify fees at any time.

Any applicable fees, payment terms, and billing arrangements will be published separately.

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are final and non-refundable.

The Service, including its design, software, algorithms, graphics, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Struct and its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Struct makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of compliance analyses or reports;
• The Service's availability, security, or error-free operation.

The Service provides informational support only and does not replace professional consultation, regulatory approvals, or official legal determinations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Struct shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to regulatory approvals, financial losses, business interruptions, or legal disputes.

In any case, Struct's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for use of the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Struct may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Misuse of the Service;
• Suspected unlawful activity.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease, and Struct may delete any associated data.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Struct may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

The date of the most recent version will always appear at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
