Uploading a land-registry extract is optional. The extract is used to derive structured building data — floors, units, areas, common-property shares and encumbrances — for presenting the existing condition of a project and for feasibility analyses.
The original extract file is not retained. Only structured data is stored after processing. Rights-holders' names and ID numbers are never stored as structured fields; registry-note text may contain personal details — such text is flagged, access-restricted, and never displayed outside the project it was uploaded to.
By uploading an extract, the user grants Struct a licence to use the structured, non-personal data derived from it also for presenting existing-condition data and analyses to other customers of the service. The underlying source is the land registers, which are open to public inspection under section 124 of the Land Law, 5729-1969.
Extract data may be processed using AI tools for extraction, classification and short explanations. Such output is descriptive only and does not constitute legal advice.
Information presented from an extract is not a substitute for an official extract and is not legal advice; the binding record is the one registered in the land registers. Consult a real-estate lawyer before making decisions.
